Foundation

We'll set up your governed AI workspace, map your tools and data sources, and establish standards together.

Build #1

You'll build your first automation end-to-end with real inputs. I'll be right there with you.

Build #2

You'll build a second automation faster, reusing patterns and fixing what broke. Less hand-holding this time.

Independence

I'll give you the debugging playbook, common patterns, and everything you need to keep building without me.

Clear Expectations

• Not ongoing development — we will not build additional automations after the program
• Not maintenance — we will not provide ongoing support or bug fixes
• Not a software license — after 3 months, Mesh access requires a separate subscription
• Not unlimited scope — the program covers exactly what's outlined above

• Do we need engineers?
  No. You need one owner who knows the workflow and one or two people who will actually run it.

• Can we bring sensitive data?
  Yes, as long as we can scope access and set review points. If a use case is too risky, we'll pick a safer one.

• What if we already have automations?
  Great. We'll start from what exists, tighten governance, and ship improvements faster.

• What if we don't know which use cases to pick?
  That's Session 1. We'll pick two that deliver value quickly and teach reusable patterns.
